Graduated from the Free University of Amsterdam and the Windesheim University of Applied Science. Studied International Marketing Management and Criminal (Business) law. After his studies mr. Arslan opened his Law Office where he combined Law and Entrepreneurship. After 15 years of working at and managing a traditional law firm, mr. Arslan wanted to focus on innovating law and LegalTech. In 2018 mr. Arslan founded YourLegals as a Legal Tech Start-up to make the traditional law business more innovative.
Currently working as a lawyer and managing director of daily operations at YourLegals. Serving a diverse range of national and international clients, mr. V. Arslan focuses his practice on Legal Tech, business and labor law and more specific on multidisciplinary legal issues which makes him of great value for immigration applications where business substantiation is required.

Professional liability insurance: Arslan Law has a professional liability insurance, which meets the requirements set by the Dutch Bar Association. Any liability of Arslan Law is limited to the amount to which the professional liability insurance of Arslan Law gives claim, plus the deductible, as stated in the policy conditions of the professional liability insurance of Arslan Law.

Complaints procedure: Arslan Law uses an internal complaints procedure whereby in the first instance an attempt will be made to find a solution in consultation with the client within Arslan Law. Arslan Law participates in the Complaints and Dispute Settlement of the Netherlands bar. This means that complaints about the service or the amount of the claim can be submitted to the Disputes Committee or the Netherlands bar. Complaints can also be submitted to the local bar president or the Amsterdam bar.

Graduated from the Free University of Amsterdam in 2000. He majored in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law with an emphasis on Asylum and Immigration Law.

After his studies, Mr. Arslan worked as intake officer for the Foundation for Refugee Students UAF, where he assessed whether applicants for UAF scholarships can be classified as refugees.

At the end of 2001, Mr. Arslan started work as an asylum lawyer for the Legal Aid Foundation for Asylum Seekers where he focused on asylum and immigration. In 2004 he was accepted as a lawyer by the Dutch Bar Association and he co-founded the law firm Altattorneys.
Member of the Bar Association, the Association of Specialists immigration law attorneys (SVMA) and the Working Group on Legal Aid in Immigration and Refugee Affairs.
Accredited as specialist in immigration law and asylum law and aliens detention by the Dutch Legal Aid Board.

In 2010 was accepted as a lawyer by the Dutch Bar Association. Specializing in Asylum and Immigration Law and Labor Law. Since March 2013 she joined as a partner of Altattorneys.
